My name’s Oskar Lelko / DJ wizzy and I am the founder of WIZZtune.com. WIZZtune is an independent social network meant to help artists get their art heard by their target audience and to help music lovers explore new songs depending on their mood that they can download for free and share with their friends.
We have built an intelligent system that helps you find just the music that you will enjoy, and to make sure that no good track stays unnoticed.
We love music just as much as you do, so we try to help you get the most of it.
When you sign up to WIZZtune, the first thing you’re gonna see is the explore section. This is where you explore new music, depending on your mood; just enter three tags (e.g. happy, energetic and melodic), style (electronic, acoustic or vocal) and we’ll find just the right tracks for you.
When you find a track you like, you can “heart” it - send it to all your followers’ feeds, comment it,rate it anonymously or download it for free by liking the artist’s WIZZtune profile on Facebook so even more people can discover his tunes. It’s a win-win situation.
Next, the feed. You can follow your favourite artists to keep updated with their new tracks and statuses, or follow other music fans to get to know their music taste - see what tracks they hearted.
Another WIZZtune’s function is the media section. Here, you can check out the newest compilation mixes, remix competitions, and for producers, we even give away free sample packs.
If you are an artist, you can upload your tunes right away, sit back and enjoy as you get feedback from people that love your kind of music. Also, why not give other artists feedback, too? :)
