This definitely needs a lot more meat! Is there an industry standard format? Probably .xml spreadsheets. Competency in Microsoft Excel seems to be an unofficial core skill for any working musician.

Are any other artists using the free online money management program Mint to keep track of expenses? We've got a few artists on roster doing that and it works great, plus it's easily sharable and their data visualization options are dope.
