No Vacation by Tim Blane
Hailing originally from Washington, DC, Blane cut his teeth playing classical violin and jazz piano. But after teaching himself guitar and attending Berklee College of Music, he began the transition into modern pop songwriting. He released two full-length albums- “In the Meantime” (2005) and “Clockwork” (2007)- exhibiting a passion for incorporating elements of jazz into a roots-rock sound.
Now with the May 2011, release of “You Can’t Go Back,” Tim hopes that this album full of catchy acoustic pop tunes will appeal to his fans old and new, as he hits the road to support it.
