In response to Tim, I haven't chased customers up for testimonials so aren't sure how they're getting on, but quite a few copies of the book have sold over the last few weeks and I've only received one refund request. This is something I'm quite proud of, as it goes to show people are happy with the information and feel the book does what is advertised.
The price you receive from each download varies, but you get an average of say $0.75-$0.90 for each download. Which isn't too far off someone buying your music on iTunes...
